We have really loved living in this family home for the last seven years. There is plenty of space for our three children to play, plus a handy study which is great for working from home. 

The children have so much fun running round the garden all day. We also enjoy relaxing on the patio in the evening sunshine. 

We shall greatly miss this brilliant and central location. This peaceful cul-de-sac has no passing traffic, yet the footpath through to Kenilworth Road means it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the shops and less than 15 minutes to walk to Berkswell Station. We can easily walk to the school in 10 minutes too.

We have been extremely happy here, and we are sure the next owners will be too!
