Elaine went to the National Landlord Investor Show last week and wanted to share what she saw and her views on it.

The video starts with Elaine at the Show saying and then pans to different parts of the show and what she saw.

After she says that she's never been to an event like this before so she wasn't sure what to expect but she actually really enjoyed going. She talked to some of the people there and some of the people on the stall to see what they thought of the show and just generally to get their insights. She enjoyed talking to people and getting their views.

She also attended a couple of the seminars to see how they were presented and what they were like. She found them really interesting and useful and she said that they are helpful especially as it shows how we can better help our customers as well.
