Elaine explains why some of the listings on our portal are sold/out of date. We are sorry for this, and we just want to point out how this is good because it shows our system is working well. If they weren't good deals as we said then they wouldn't be selling as they are. Also it is hard to monitor every single property so some might become out of date listing with out us realising. We understand it can be frustrating ringing up only to find a property is sold, however you are making connections with estate agents then as they know what sort of property you are after and could ring you up next time a similar one comes on the market.
